Technicians
Average $25/hour + Tips
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets
- Maintain high-quality standards and efficient service
- Stay updated with the latest tech trends
- Explain repairs and answer customer questions
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Reliable vehicle required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in electronics repair is a plus (training provided)
- Knowledge of various devices and repair methods is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Technician) are a plus
Sales Associates (Work from Anywhere)
Commission Based
Job Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting products and services
- Provide information about repairs, protection plans, and accessories
- Process transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships
- Set up appointments for customers with the relevant service providers
Pay Structure:
Compensation is based on the number of appointments set up. The more appointments you schedule, the more you earn!
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and helping others
- Access to a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks
